FEE TERMS TO JOIN THE CLEEVE SINGERS 2023-2024

Persons wishing to join the Cleeve Singers have to be members of Downend Folk House Association and have to pay Barn Membership to the Folk House and additional class membership.

The fees applying for the forthcoming year are as follows:-

 

               Barn Membership Fee                     £7.50           (If paid before 31st August)

               Class Fee                                        £70.00

                                                         TOTAL   £77.50           (If above)

Additionally due to having a professional conductor, whose services are paid for by the choir themselves and not by Downend Folk House, a fluctuating levy is put in place by the choir depending on the membership number, to pay for these services. This year the choir meet for 34 weeks and if our choir numbers increase accordingly the levy per term will decrease.

Payment to The Cleeve Singers is by cheque or Bank Transfer giving senders name. It is anticipated at present that the December 2023 term will be £40.00, Spring and Summer Term 2024 fee will be increased to £50/term if reduced membership.

THE TOTAL FEE WHEN BROKEN DOWN IS ONLY £5.20/WEEK.

MEMBERS WHEN JOINING ARE COMMITTED TO PAYING THE FULL YEAR.

Prospective new members are allowed two free taster evenings and five further evenings at £5 per evening refunded against the choirs first term fee only if deciding to join. No auditions are required
