Christmas is over in a flash. We are pleased to say our Christmas Barn Concert was a success with a welcoming audience enjoying the afternoon of Christmas Music performed by guests TuttiFlutti and ourselves. Thank you to everyones generosity the Freewheelers collection was £232.00.

 

The weather seems to be affecting everyone countrywide one way or another and in the case of the Dryham Event it was wind which prevented us from singing in the Church. Quite an experience to sing in the Kitchen of Dryham House with everyone in close proximity who seemed to settle themselves for the morning and were disappointed our programme wasn't longer. Two young people were particularly pleased to hear Pachabels Canon which they obviously had sung themselves and gave us an older generation, the thumbs up as they left.

 

It now remains for me on behalf of the choir to wish everyone a good 2024.
